This VRBO is as advertised. Plenty of space, close to the lifts, and it had all you needed to fix meals. View from townhome was exceptional.

Great location!!
Great location!! 5 minute walk into town and 5 minute walk to the Park City base ski area. Perfect location but make sure your party is okay to walk up and down hills as the house is located up a bit. The house is great for a big group and all the bedrooms besides the Murphy bed are all very private and quiet. Loved the hot tub and the deck privacy. Would stay here again!!!!

Great group gathering.
As a group of eight traveling Australians of a certain age,we found the accommodation met our requirements very satisfactorily. Our needs are fairly simple;a layout that allows people to withdraw to quiet bedrooms,a well provisioned kitchen, because we enjoy cooking( and eating), and adequate space for gear. In terms of these needs the duplex was excellent. The walk to the lifts was obviously more pleasurable than the walk home, but the boarders complained less than the skiers. A bonus of the siting of the duplex is its proximity to the historical center of the town, providing a nice option when the snow has worn you out. Park City has ample shopping facilities only a short drive away. It is a very quiet area with interesting vistas. Our week at the duplex was one of fun and laughter, contributed to in no small way by the comfort afforded us by the apartment.

Just what we needed
Had four couples in the house and two of them were my parents and my partners parents. We are big skiers and foodies so Park City was a good choice. There was enough froom for 8 of us in the house and bringing our parents meant we needed to get away and there is enough space for just that. A+ in the space. Note, from garage to top room the building is 4 stories. Only one room at top so let the kids stay there. The kitchen had everything you needed. The building was well kept after and clean. Firewood was given as we really enjoy a fire since we come from a hot climate and never get one.All we had to bring was our food and drink. I would recommend it for anyone but mostly for familys or large groups who like a nice place at a nice locations.

Great place...perfect location for skiing Park City
I rented both sides of the duplex (1115 and 1117) on my annual ski trip. The duplex easily accommodated all 19 of us. The duplex was clean, and furnishings were as described (comfy beds, good fireplaces, hottubs, etc.). Everyone in the group was happy. The best feature of the apartment is definitely the location. It is only a ~5 min walk downhill to the Park City Mountain Resort, and maybe a ~10 min walk to Main Street.Alpine Ski Properties were easy to deal with and provided great service and communication throughout.

Nice place.
This is a good location for Park City skiing. It is about a three block walk to a main entrance. With children we found it better to drive. The walk there is downhill, coming back it is a good uphill walk. The facility is very nice, bid, and well appointed. Some of the paint a wallpaper is clearly not new, but clean and very nice except for the very particular.A couple downsides: The garage is hard to get into with snow, or freezing rain-ice build up across the garage entrance. Although, after a good storm the roads were cleared the next day. We had a bit of trouble getting fires going-buying some fire starters might help. Splitting a bit of kindling with a kitchen knife is hard work.It would have been good to have a vacuum cleaner available for tiddying up.All in all very nice. Good for the price we paid and well suited for our family of 10 (6 adults-one pair on each floor, and 2 sets of children.)

Rented Many Times
This is one of the best condos we have ever rented. We have rented this particular condo 3 times. As long as the price stays the same we will be renting it again. Every bedroom is large and accomodates 4 couples -- which is hard to find -- (usually there are too many twins & bunks). It is nice to have your own hot tub. The seating at the dining room table is very good for large groups. It has a wood burning F/P -- would be nice to have a gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equiped -- this year we did find that the spices and the little things that you need everyday were missing (we normally replace them if we finish them). The living area and dining areas are quite large and have a great view of the valley. I am sure you will like this place.
