Get Your Ticket to the Park City Alpine Slide
If you’ve never seen an alpine slide, it can be hard to picture in your mind. If you’re thinking of a plastic yellow playground slide, think again. This structure resembles a luge track, stretching to almost 3,000 feet of smooth concrete. Each rider sits on a sled equipped with a handbrake. That means that you can control your speed, enjoying a thrilling pace or a slower, more relaxing ride. You have to be at least four feet tall to operate the sled, but guests between 35 and 47 inches tall can ride as a passenger with a driver 16 years or older. Tickets for drivers are $22 online, and tickets for passengers are $12 online. You can also purchase a combo ticket to the Alpine Slide and the Alpine Coaster for $42.

The fun doesn’t spot at the end of the alpine slide! Park City Mountain Resort also has a mountain coaster that winds through some gorgeous scenic views. This ride is the longest mountain coaster in Utah, with over one mile of twists, curves, and loops. You’ll reach speeds of up to 25 miles-per-hour on this exciting track. This is the perfect attraction for thrill-seeking guests who are looking for a heart-racing adventure! You have to be at least 54 inches tall to drive the cart and at least 38 inches tall to ride as a passenger with a driver that is 16 or older. Admission for drivers are just $27 online, and passengers are $12 online.
