Alpine Ski Properties has a limited selection of condominiums and private homes available for rentals in the summertime on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis.  Listed below are summer rates and policies. Please note that monthly rental policies differ from the nightly and weekly policies. Rates vary according to location and length of stay and do not include lodging tax (13.37%).

Nightly/Weekly Rentals:

Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 10 AM

Minimum Stay: Three to seven nights required depending on property and dates requested.  Other restrictions may apply.

Deposit:

  • A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking. Final payment of the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Total rental costs are due upon booking for reservations made within 60 days of arrival.

Cancellations:

  • 100% Refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in less a $150
    administrative fee.
  • 50% Refund if you cancel at between 13-7 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival.

Housekeeping Services: Arrival and Departure cleaning is included in the standard cleaning fee. If you would like additional housekeeping services during your stay they can be added for an additional charge.

Monthly Rentals (1-6 months):

Select properties are available for one or more months between April and December 15. Monthly rates are not subject to sales tax. Please call our reservations department for more information on Park City & Deer Valley monthly rental properties.

Housekeeping Services: Linen/towel delivery and maid service are available upon request at an additional charge.  Linen/towel exchanges can be made at our office at no additional charge.

ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING; NO PETS.

Internet Service:

If you are experiencing problems with the Internet connection in a rental property, please contact our office during business hours and we will do our best to assist you, 435.649.2424 or 800.771.1505.

Many of the properties that we represent have wireless high-speed Internet service or Wi-Fi. These properties use Comcast (Xfinity) or Qwest (Century Link) as their service provider. We make every effort to ensure that the Internet is functioning properly prior to your arrival, however, we make no representations or guarantees that the Internet will work all of the time. If the Internet is not working properly, we will make all efforts to restore the connection but cannot make any guarantees as the service is provided by an outside entity. If there is a technical problem that can not be solved, Alpine Ski Properties will not be responsible for any Internet service provider or any other technical problem. Furthermore, Alpine Ski Properties will not refund you any money if there is any type of problem with the Internet service.
