Summer Rental Policies
Alpine Ski Properties has a limited selection of condominiums and private homes available for rentals in the summertime on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. Listed below are summer rates and policies. Please note that monthly rental policies differ from the nightly and weekly policies. Rates vary according to location and length of stay and do not include lodging tax (10.95%).

Minimum Stay: Three to seven nights required depending on property and dates requested. Other restrictions may apply.
Deposit: Two nights deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: If the reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations 60-45 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. If a reservation is canceled less than 45 days prior to arrival full payment is forfeited. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures. Travel Insurance is highly recommended; ask your reservations agent for more information.
Housekeeping Services: Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights will receive a midweek linen change and light cleaning.
Monthly Rentals (1-2 months):
Select properties are available for one or more months between April and December. Monthly rates are not subject to sales tax.
Deposit: Fifty percent (50%) of the rental cost is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: If a reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded less a $150 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs 45-60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Housekeeping Services: Linen/towel delivery and maid service are available upon request at an additional charge. Linen/towel exchanges can be made at our office at no additional charge.
ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING; NO PETS.
If you are experiencing problems with the Internet connection in a rental property, please contact our office during business hours and we will do our best to assist you, 435.649.2424 or 800.771.1505.
Many of the properties that we represent have wireless high-speed Internet service or Wi-Fi. These properties use Comcast (Xfinity) or Qwest (Century Link) as their service provider. We make every effort to ensure that the Internet is functioning properly prior to your arrival, however, we make no representations or guarantees that the Internet will work all of the time. If the Internet is not working properly, we will make all efforts to restore the connection but cannot make any guarantees as the service is provided by an outside entity. If there is a technical problem that can not be solved, Alpine Ski Properties will not be responsible for any Internet service provider or any other technical problem. Furthermore, Alpine Ski Properties will not refund you any money if there is any type of problem with the Internet service.
