Steps from Main Street in Old Town Park City! This private home in Old Town Park City has been completely remodeled in a very luxurious, mountain contemporary style. It is conveniently located at the top of Park Avenue with views of the Old Town area and surrounding mountain tops. Just across the street is one of the city-maintained stairways that takes you directly down to Main Street. Within only a two minute walk you'll be on Main St, where you’ll find the best of restaurants, shopping, and night life in Park City, including the very popular High West Distillery.

It has a 3 level floor plan, with three bedrooms, two full baths, a three-quarter bath with shower and also a powder room. The kitchen is very high end with professional quality Wolfe and Subzero appliances. On the entry level you’ll find a fabulous den designed for use as a mini home theater with a large screen TV, sound bar and premium HDTV cable. Up a flight of stairs is the main living space with the living room, kitchen and dining area combined, as well as a powder room, the laundry room, and a deck out back with a gas grill and lovely patio furniture. The upper level is where you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Not to be overlooked is the fact that this is a 5-star plus Energy Rated “Green Home”, designed to reduce the overall impacts on human health and the natural environment. Just a few of the Key Green Points that give this house the highest score attainable under the rating system are: radiant floor heating throughout, instant hot water re-circulating system, reverse osmosis drinking water, and Energy Star high end appliances.

Living Room: Located at the front of the living space with great views of the Old Town area. Comfortable seating.

Kitchen: Hardwood flooring, Sile Stone natural quartzite and recycled Trinity glass counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a six burner Wolf range (gas) and warming drawer, Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, and Asko dishwasher. Well equipped for cooking meals. The cabinetry is custom distressed alder.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dining table, plus 2 bar stools at the adjacent counter height island/bar.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, flat screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower, and spacious walk-in closets.
Second – Queen bed, full bathroom with a deep, jetted tub, jack/jill doors so that both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can conveniently share this bathroom. Access to a small balcony in this room.
Third – Queen bed, shares full bathroom with 2nd bedroom.
Fourth - Queen sofa sleeper, and bathroom with shower just outside in the hall. As described above, you’ll find a large screen TV with a great sound system.

Laundry Room: Located just past the kitchen, with a Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer.

Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 1½ miles to main Resort Center, ½ mile to Town Lift.
Distance to Main Street: 100 yards via Old Town stairway.
Distance to Free Bus: 100 yards to Main Street to catch the free Trolley, which services Main Street from 10am through the evening hours. The Trolley does travel down to the Town Lift, but not before 10am or so.

Excellent location
We arrived late in the evening and the rental property left our info to the house in a night box which was quite easy. House was in a great location from the town lift and Main St. We had a 17 month with us so take out dinners were essential and easy. The reason for a 3 score on the property's general condition was two of the beds were not optimal. After a long day of skiing, the bed comfort is so important. Two of our guests ended up on the sofa in the main family room. A mattress topper on the sofa bed would be so helpful. Upstairs bedroom opposite the master was also not comfortable. Otherwise, home was well stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Home and Location.
This home is stunning and is in the best location. You are located on a quiet one way street, mere minutes walk to Main Street where restaurants and shops await. You are also an easy walk to the Main Street Town lift and run for skiing. If you get tired walking uphill, the Main Street trolley drops you off at the end of main street and an easy walk to the home. The home is three stories, with a garage for ski storage and a vehicle. No need to shovel the driveway it is heated and stays clear of snow and ice. The home is accessible via keypads for easy entry. The home layout allow for family time and quiet time. The kitchen is well stocked and has a pantry full of extra appliances and serving accessories. The kitchen is easy to cook in, we were able to cook Christmas dinner, turkey and all easily. There are full sized laundry appliances also. A beautiful patio is off the back for additional dining options. It is also heated and never need shoveling. This home is perfect for a family or group of friends. Absolutely stunning home and a perfect stay.

Loved It
Nice property, clean, well appointed and the location is great in town. The view from the level 2 great room and level 3 main bedroom is beautiful. Two things to consider: parking is somewhat limited with 1 car in the (nice & warm) garage and three out front worked for us. Also, with three levels there are plenty of stairs. Check in was easy and well planned.
