Walk up and down Main Street and explore the shops that catch your eye! You’ll find plenty of art galleries and quaint stores that are fun to visit. We love Atticus Coffee & Teahouse, which carries a wide selection of new and used books, as well as offering a menu of smoothies, coffees, and teas. Dolly’s Book & Gifts is another excellent option. It’s over 50 years old and has become a Park City icon.

Park City Mountain Resort is one of the best places to take in beautiful fall foliage. Hit the mountain bike trails to take a ride among the golden aspen trees! Or, opt for a scenic ski lift ride for panoramic views of Park City fall foliage (Check out or blog piece for our other favorite spots to see some fall colors!)The winter ski season begins in late November, so visit later in the season to shred the slopes!

Horseback Rides at Deer Valley Resort

Trot through the forest with horseback ride at Boulder Mountain Ranch at Deer Valley Resort. This company features two horseback rides for guests to choose from. During the fall, we recommend the Aspen Grove One-Hour Trail Ride. The horseback ride winds through the forest and is a great way to admire the native wildlife as well as the changing colors of the aspen trees!
